02 / Why FUEGO

Most advisors have never built or run a club. We do both.

We are not a slide deck. We plan the business, design and deliver the build, and provide the technology the club runs on. One team, accountable for the outcome.

03 / How we work with you

One partner for the whole club. Or one fix for the part that is stuck.

Hand us the full journey, or bring us in for a single challenge, before you break ground, mid build, or while the club is already open. We plug in where you need us, and we create the work: layouts, renderings, drawings and systems, not just the advice.

Before you start

Come to us at the idea stage. We test whether the site, the model and the numbers hold before you spend a dollar.

While you build

Drop us into an active project to fix layout, budget or permitting, or hand us the whole build to deliver.

While you operate

Bring us into a club that is already open to lift membership, pricing and the technology it runs on.

Across business, building and technology

04 / The honest part

Easy to enter. Hard to get right.

First time developers tend to hit the same walls. We plan for them before you commit capital.

Where projects stall
  • Timeline shock. Owners expect 6 to 12 months. Reality is 24 to 36 once permitting, zoning and noise rules apply.
  • Budget creep. Court and structural decisions made too late cost far more than they should.
  • Empty courts. A strong building with no membership engine and no operating system.
  • Operating drag. Manual booking and front desk overhead that erode the margin.
How we prevent it
  • A real timeline, up front. Permitting and acoustic strategy planned from day one, so the schedule holds.
  • Numbers before design. Unit economics first, so the club stands on its own before it is built.
  • A full club, not a court. Membership, pricing and marketing that fill it from launch.
  • Lean by design. Self check in and FUEGO technology built into the operating model.
06 / Process

From first call to full house.

Five phases, each a gate before the next. Open any one to see what happens inside it. You can also come in at the phase you are already in.

We start with what you actually want to build and whether it holds together. Your goals, your site or target area, your budget and your timeline, laid on the table honestly. The point of this phase is alignment: making sure the ambition, the location and the money point in the same direction before anyone spends on studies. You leave Discovery with a shared, realistic picture of the project and a clear decision on whether it is worth taking to feasibility.
Here the idea meets reality. We pressure test demand in the catchment, the right format and court count, the numbers, and the permitting and noise picture for the specific site. This is the gate where a project earns a clear go or no go before serious capital is committed. Getting a hard no here is a win: it costs a study, not a building.
Once the model holds, the club takes physical shape. Layout, architecture and construction are designed around the business and delivered on the ground with our architecture partner. Brand and identity are built in the same phase, so the club has a face, a name and a feel well before opening, not as an afterthought once the walls are up.
Opening is a project of its own. Membership, pricing and marketing come together to bring players in from the first week, not the first quarter. The technology is live from day one, live scoring, court displays and self check in already running, so the club feels finished and modern the moment it opens its doors.
The work does not stop at opening. We stay in through the early operating months, watching the numbers that actually matter, utilisation, yield per court and retention, and adjusting pricing, slots and staffing so the club holds its margin as it settles into a rhythm. A strong opening is not the goal. A club that is still profitable in year two is.

Every Studios club can run on the FUEGO platform: live scoring, court displays and self check in, the same system we build and operate ourselves. Detail to come.

10 / FAQ

The questions every serious operator asks.

Straight answers. The exact numbers for your project come from a feasibility study on your specific site.

It depends on scope and site, so treat these as rough frames, not quotes. The courts themselves typically run in the tens of thousands of dollars each, more for indoor, panoramic or premium builds. A full club with land, structure, roof and amenities is a seven figure project. Feasibility gives you the real number for your site before you commit a dollar.
Plan for 24 to 36 months from idea to opening once permitting, zoning and noise approvals are included, not the 6 to 12 months many first time owners expect. Construction itself is faster. The time lives in approvals, which is exactly why we plan them from day one.
As a guide, a single court needs about 260 square metres including run-off, and four courts about 1,040 square metres of playing area, plus room for a clubhouse, reception and parking. We size it precisely to your plot during feasibility.
Padel is loud, and noise is the fastest way to lose a permit or a neighbour. It is manageable with the right acoustic strategy and siting, but only if it is planned before you build, not fixed after the complaints start.
A club can be busy and still lose money if pricing, member mix and off-peak utilisation are wrong. We make the model work on paper first. Payback depends entirely on your site, utilisation and pricing, so we will not promise a number we have not modelled for your specific case. What we will do is show you the levers that decide it.
No. Hand us the full journey, or bring us in for a single challenge, before you break ground, mid build, or once you are already open. You take what you need.
You own it. We make you the successful operator and give you the technology to run it. We are not here to take your club off your hands, we are here to make yours work.
Your club can run on the FUEGO platform: live scoring, court displays, a member app and self check in from day one, built and maintained by us, not rented from a third party you cannot change.
We focus on the United States, with an international team and an architecture partner delivering padel projects now. Specific US delivery details to confirm

Padel club lobby by PJD Architects
Pillar A

The business

A club lives or dies on the numbers, not the sport.

The sport is not the risk. The model is.

The stakes

A padel club can be busy and still lose money if the member mix, pricing and court utilisation are wrong. These are the decisions that are cheap to change on paper and brutally expensive to change once the building exists. Most owners only look at them after they have signed the lease. That is the wrong order.

What separates the clubs that last

  • They price for off-peak, not just prime time. Empty courts on a Tuesday morning are where margin quietly disappears.
  • They track yield per court, not just court count. More courts is not more profit if none of them are full.
  • They design retention in from day one. Winning a member is marketing; keeping one is economics.
  • They model the ordinary Tuesday, not just the opening night.

Why it decides the long game

A club built on a model that still works in month thirty, not just month one, is the one left standing when the market fills up and pricing gets tested. Getting the economics right first is what turns a set of courts into a business that lasts.

This is the lens we bring to every project. The model itself, and how we build it, is the work we do with you inside the engagement.

Padel club building by PJD Architects
Pillar B

The building

The costly mistakes are made on paper.

Decided early. Paid for forever.

The stakes

Court layout, structure, flow and noise are settled at the start and locked in for the life of the club. Change them late and the cost multiplies. Underestimate noise or permitting and the whole project can stall for a year, or never open at all. This is where money is won or lost quietly, long before the doors do.

What separates the clubs that last

  • The layout serves the business, not just the eye. How players move from door to court to bar decides spend per visit.
  • Noise is designed for, not discovered later. Padel is loud, and neighbours are the fastest way to lose a permit.
  • The build budget matches the model. A beautiful club the business cannot afford to run is not a win.
  • It is drawn by people who have opened one. Renderings hide the details that break on site.

Why it decides the long game

A building designed around how the club will actually trade is one that still works in ten years, not just on launch day. The clubs that endure were engineered for cost, flow and sound before the first line was drawn in the ground.

Our architecture is led by a studio delivering real padel clubs now. The design method and construction detail is the work we do inside the engagement.

Courtside screens and boards at Padeloom, Jakarta
Pillar C

The technology

Own the platform, or rent it forever.
← Back to approachThe technology

Modern experience up front. Overhead for years.

The stakes

Technology is where a club feels current to players and where a badly chosen one quietly bleeds margin every month. Self check in and live scoring shape both the member experience and the cost of running the place. Rent the wrong platform and you cannot change it, cannot integrate it, and keep paying for it long after it stops fitting.

What separates the clubs that last

  • The tech is planned into the operating model, not bolted on after opening.
  • Self check in is used to cut real front desk cost, not just to look modern.
  • The club controls its own platform direction instead of waiting in a vendor's queue.
  • What players feel, live scores and the app, is treated as a reason they come back.

Why it decides the long game

A club on technology it controls compounds an advantage every year. A club on a rented black box pays rent forever and changes only when someone else allows it. Owning the platform is a long term position, not a line item.

We build and run our own platform rather than reselling someone else's. The roadmap and integration detail is covered inside the engagement.

Feasibility & concept

Is this site, this model, worth building?
← Back to servicesFUEGO PADEL Studios

What this is

Before a dollar of capital is committed, we establish whether a padel club actually works on a specific site. Real demand in the catchment, the right format and court count, the revenue model, and the numbers that decide a clear go or no go. It is the difference between building on conviction and building on a hunch.

Why FUEGO

Most feasibility work is a spreadsheet written by people who have never run a club. Ours is grounded in operations. We think like operators and we build the technology clubs run on, so we model how a club really earns and where first time developers lose money, not just a tidy projection on paper.

What you receive

  • Site and catchment assessment
  • Demand read for the local market
  • Recommended format and court mix
  • Revenue and cost model
  • A clear go or no go, with the reasoning behind it
The how, the exact method and models we use to get you to that answer, is what we deliver inside the engagement.

Brand & identity

Why members choose you, and come back.
← Back to servicesFUEGO PADEL Studios

What this is

A name, identity and positioning that stands out in a market that is filling fast. Not just a logo, but the whole feel of the place: what members sense when they walk in, and the story they tell their friends about your club instead of the one down the road.

Why FUEGO

We are a padel brand ourselves. We know what makes a player pick one club, stay, and bring three friends. We design identity around loyalty and word of mouth, the two things that actually fill courts, rather than a look that only works on a moodboard.

What you receive

  • Naming and positioning
  • Visual identity and brand system
  • In-club brand experience
  • Launch look and feel
The how, the process we use to arrive at a brand that performs, is delivered inside the engagement.

Service 03

Architecture & construction

Designed to be built, not just rendered.
← Back to servicesFUEGO PADEL Studios

What this is

Court layout, structure and construction, designed for cost, flow and noise. The building has to play well, move people cleanly from door to court to bar, and come in on budget. That starts with layout decisions made early, not fixed expensively later.

Why FUEGO

Our architecture partner, PJD Architects in Jakarta, has designed thirteen padel clubs across Indonesia and supplied and installed the courts, from Padel People Medan to The ServeClub Cilandak. Its first Medan phase was built in nine weeks to host the National Olympics. This is delivered design from a studio with real padel projects on site, not renderings from people who have never opened one.

The purpose

Padel clubs are built differently depending on what they are for. An academy, an international-events venue, a members' club and a high-street drop-in each want a different layout, ceiling height, court count and flow. We design the building around your goal, not a template.

What you receive

  • Court and site layout
  • Structural and construction design
  • Material and cost strategy
  • Delivery oversight through build
The how, the design method and construction know-how behind these projects, is delivered inside the engagement.

Permitting & acoustics

The part that quietly kills timelines.
← Back to servicesFUEGO PADEL Studios

What this is

Zoning, permits and a noise strategy, planned up front. Padel is loud, and neighbours and city rules are where first time projects stall for months. We plan the approval path and the acoustic approach from day one, so the schedule holds and the club does not get blocked after you have spent.

Why FUEGO

Owners expect 6 to 12 months. The real timeline, once permitting, zoning and noise rules apply, is usually 24 to 36. We plan for that reality instead of the optimistic version, which is exactly what keeps a project moving while others sit stuck.

What you receive

  • Zoning and permit path
  • Acoustic strategy for courts and neighbours
  • Risk and timeline plan
The how, the specific approach we use to de-risk approvals and noise, is delivered inside the engagement.

Operations

What turns a building into a business.
← Back to servicesFUEGO PADEL Studios

What this is

The operating model that makes a club profitable and keeps it that way: membership, pricing, staffing, and a lean, self check in way of running the place so overhead does not eat the margin. A full club, not just a set of courts.

Why FUEGO

We think like operators and we build the tools clubs run on, so the operating model is designed around real day to day economics and low overhead, not a generic playbook. We know where clubs leak time and money because we run the systems that show it.

What you receive

  • Membership and pricing model

Technology

The platform your club runs on.
← Back to servicesFUEGO PADEL Studios

What this is

The technology layer a modern club runs on: live scoring, court displays and a member app, with self check in from day one. It is what makes the club feel current to players and lean to run for the operator.

Why FUEGO

We build our own platform, the FUEGO scoreboard, court displays and member app. Your club runs on technology we make and maintain ourselves, not a third party black box you rent and cannot change. When you need something, it comes from us.
